With Invisalign™ invisible aligners, you can have straight teeth in only 9 - 15 months. Dr. Roser is very pleased to offer you orthodontics that correct overcrowding, underbite, crossbite, overbite, or gapped teeth in just months!

This is a system that uses 3-D computer imaging to present an entire treatment plan. It starts with the position of your actual teeth and projects to the finished alignment of your new smile. A series of clear, thermoplastic aligners are made to fit your teeth exactly. They are similar to whitening trays. The first set will begin to gently move your teeth toward the new position. About two weeks later, you wear the next set of aligners and continue to make progress by replacing the aligners every two weeks for about a year. Total treatment time may vary depending on your needs and goals. You only come into our office to be evaluated every one to two months.

There are definite advantages in having the Invisalign system. Since they are invisible, there are no worries about changes in your appearance. Someone would have to look very closely to know you are straightening your teeth. This lets you keep your confidence when speaking and smiling while you are in treatment.

These invisible aligners are also very comfortable. There are no braces with wires that need adjusting and no headgear to wear. This means less time at the dental office. You will not have any mouth irritation or discomfort. There are no food or drink restrictions, as aligners are easily removed for eating and cleaning. Your teeth will stay clean throughout active treatment without braces to interfere with brushing and flossing.

Sedation Dentistry

The Complete Range of Sedation Dentistry Options
 We realize that for some people, a dental appointment is a frightening experience. The needles and drills add to the anxiety about anticipated treatment. It is our goal to make you comfortable throughout your dental work, and with conscious sedation you will forget all your fears.

It is very easy to reach this level of sedation. You merely take a pill we have given you one hour before your scheduled appointment. As you begin to relax in the dental chair, you gradually reach a deeper level of sedation. You are still conscious enough to answer any question the dentist asks, but you will not remember any of the procedure. When your work is completed, a friend will drive you home. In about an hour, you are back to normal.

Some people have an even greater fear of being "knocked out." Their fear is about losing control of what's going on. But you are not completely out as for surgery. You are still aware of your environment; you just won't feel any of the work being performed. Conscious sedation relieves patients of any fear, while maintaining perception of what's going on around them.

Other patients may need this type of sedation because their system is highly resistant to anesthesia. This is the only way they will get numb for treatment. And for those who need more work done in one visit, this is also the perfect option. We also have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for those who only require lighter sedation.
